Albert Ondash, 64, of Edwardsville, PA, died Monday, November 15, 2021 at Geisinger Wyoming Valley after a decades long battle with multiple chronic illnesses.
Born in Kingston, PA, he was the son of the late Albert and Marian Snyder Ondash.
Albert was a graduate of Wyoming Valley West High School and attended LCCC. He worked at Proctor and Gamble and Hillman Security while his health allowed. Albert enjoyed fishing, vacationing at the Jersey Shore and spending time with his parrot, Nibbles. He was known to have a sharp wit and enjoyed joking and pranks.
He is survived by his wife, Karen Ondash; a step daughter: Jeanne Grymko of Forty Fort, PA; a sister: Janene Thompson of Courtdale, PA; a brother: Alan Ondash of Kingston, PA; several nieces and nephews.
As per Albert's request, private services will be held at the family's convenience.
Cremation arrangements were entrusted to Simplicity Cremation Care of NEPA.
